IME Clinical Assessment Part I
This part of your assessment can be conducted either at our office or conveniently by video conference. It is a mandatory first step in this process and includes a review of your health background, your history of vaccines, and any medical documents you would like for us to consider. If any materials like vaccinations or laboratory studies are missing, we help you get them during this part of the process in an affordable and timely fashion so that you can meet the requirements of the i-693 form without a hitch.
IME Clinical Assessment Part II
Bet you're wondering "What about the physical exam?"
This part of your assessment is when that happens. After Part I of your Clinical Assessment is complete and all required documents are in hand, we will schedule you to see the Civil Surgeon who will perform a thorough physical examination. During this visit, the Civil Surgeon will also conduct a final review and certify your i-693 form.
