It has always been our policy that all in-office and online visitors settle their financial accounts PRIOR to services rendered. We now apply a late fee of $25 to any outstanding balance.
We are asking that all patients be mindful and courteous in letting us know when they have to reschedule or cancel an appointment. A no-show fee of $25 will be charged for any failed attempt to contact our office during office hours within 24 hours of your visit to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
Each MIMPC patient is responsible for payment of services rendered. We require ALL financial obligations to be settled BEFORE each medical visit. Invoices may be sent in advance by text or email followed by courtesy reminder phone calls, but ultimately we hold each patient responsible for knowing their financial obligation and paying it in a timely fashion.
We ask that each MIMPC patient who visits our office for a face-to-face consultation arrive for their appointment 10 minutes early. This assists us in making your experience seamless and efficient.
