MIMPC Service Fees

All credit card transactions may be subjected to a surcharge or merchant fee of up to 4%.  To avoid fees you may pay any financial obligation in person at our office via debit card, prepaid card, business check, cashier’s check, money order, or cash.  

(Sorry, MIMPC does not accept personal checks)

It has always been our policy that all in-office and online visitors settle their financial accounts PRIOR to services rendered.   After January 1, a late fee of $25 will be applied to any outstanding charge.

We are asking that all patients be mindful and courteous in letting us know when they have to reschedule or cancel an appointment.  A no-show fee of $25 will be charged for any failed attempt to contact our office during office hours within 24 hours of your visit to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
